REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At My Skin and I, we stand behind the quality of our natural skincare products. Under Australian Consumer Law, you have guaranteed rights for products that are faulty or don't match their description.

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is in new, unused condition with original packaging intact
  • The product is faulty, damaged, or not as described
  • You have proof of purchase

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change of mind returns.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for products within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for:

  • Different product variants (size, scent, etc.)
  • Alternative products of equal or greater value
  • Products must be unopened and in original condition for exchanges

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at myskinandiwebsite@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Ship the item(s) to: 77 Bunnerong Road, 2032 Kingsford
  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  4. We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Australia & New Zealand Customers

This return policy applies to all customers in Australia and New Zealand. Return shipping from New Zealand may take longer, and customers are responsible for any customs or import fees associated with returns.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
