Think about it — when a blueberry is pressed for juice, or a raspberry is processed for food, the leftover seeds, skins, and pulp are typically discarded. But those byproducts are extraordinarily rich in antioxidants, essential fatty acids, vitamins, and phytonutrients — the very things your skin craves.
